Singer-songwriter Austin Lucas has announced details around forthcoming fifth album 'Stay Reckless'.

Singer-songwriter Austin Lucas has announced details around forthcoming fifth album 'Stay Reckless'.


The Nashville-based musician will release the album August 27 through New West Records. It's his first with the label, who have released albums by the likes of Drive-By Truckers, Steve Earle and Patty Griffin.

Lucas recorded 'Stay Reckless' with producer Mark Nevers at his Beech House Studio in Nashville, splitting production duties between himself and Nevers. Lucas recruited alt-country group Glossary as his backing band for the album.


Two tracks have been made available for streaming from 'Stay Reckless', "Alone in Memphis" and "So Much More Than Lonely" - check them out below.
