Melbourne hardcore outfit Warbrain have announced their debut album, 'Void of Confusion'. The band - which features current and ex-members of Hopeless, Iron Mind and Carpathian - will release the album July 5 through Resist Records.

Written late 2012, the band recorded guitars, bass and vocals in house with vocalist Lloyd Carroll at Itchy Brother studios in Melbourne's West, with drums being recorded with Sam Johnson at Melbourne's Three Phase Studios. The album was mixed and mastered by Taylor Young (Nails, Twitching Tongues, Disgrace).

'Void of Confusion' follows the band's debut EP 'Paranoia', as well as a split with US hardcore band Minus earlier in the year.

Stream the first track from the album, entitled "Evil Eyes", below. The album is available for pre-order here.
