Deafheaven detail new album

Deafheaven have announced they will release their forthcoming album, Sunbather, on June 11 through Deathwish Inc.

The band have also unveiled the album’s artwork, designed by Nick Steinhardt of Touche Amore, and track listing, which can be viewed below.

"While the new material is more developed, we've strayed from what was previously a more melancholic approach," vocalist George Clarke says.

"The black metal aspect to our music is prevalent in the new material, but I don't think it's necessarily the focus this time around."

Sunbather was recorded with producer Jack Shirley (Whirr, Joyce Manor), who worked with the band on their 2011 debut full length, Roads to Judah.
