Satyricon offer album update

Norwegian black metallers Satyricon are preparing their eighth studio album, with the band recently providing an update.

Writing via Facebook, the band said work on a follow-up to 2008’s ‘The Age of Nero’ will begin next month.

“Recording for the new Satyricon record is set to begin in February and last through the summer, with a planned release date in September!"
