Say Anything drummer parts ways with band

Say Anything have announced the departure of drummer Coby Linder on "utterly amicable" terms. Linder drummed for the band from their inception in 2000 up until this point.

Statements from Linder and frontman Max Bemis posted on the band’s official site stress the good terms on which Linder’s decision to leave was made. Bemis goes on to assure the band "couldn’t be further from breaking up", and that rather than replace Linder with a permanent drummer, Bemis plans on having a "multitude" of drummers perform on record as well as live.

2012 saw the release of ‘Anarchy, My Dear‘, the band’s fifth studio album, and first with new label Equal Vision Records.
