ORIGINAL STORY:

Remember that Black Sabbath Australian tour rumour we told you about a little while back? Well there’s mounting evidence it was more than just guesswork with an official tour announcement from Ozzy Osbourne and co. predicted to drop tonight.

In addition to Ozzy’s wife and manager Sharon Osbourne stating the band will “definitely” tour Australia next year, this morning promoters Live Nation posted a short video promising “darkness descends” tonight at 10pm. The seven second Youtube video, which directs users to Black Sabbath clips, has since been set to private. However, Fasterlouder managed to nab this cheeky screen grab before it was taken down.

Additionally, when questioned about the Sabbath tour rumours on Twitter earlier today, Live Nation again replied, "10pm tonight" with the hashtag #darknessdescends. Live Nation also recently tweeted they have "two HUGE announcements to make this week".

While this is just speculation and we’re joining the dots here, it would appear all will be revealed when the clock strikes 10 pm this Halloween (would be totally appropriate, right?).

In other
Sabbath
news, the band are currently working on a new studio album with producer
Rick Rubin
, due out early next year.
