"We’re happy to announce that Jim is rejoining Pennywise and we’re all looking forward to playing music together again. We’re going to celebrate our re-union with a show at the Hollywood Palladium, January 18th to commemorate the 25th anniversary of Pennywise for our friends and fans in L.A."

In 2009, Lindberg declared he was leaving Pennywise to pursue other interests, and issued a statement saying, "After 20 years, nine albums and thousands of shows around the world, my time in Pennywise has come to an end. Being the singer for this band has been an amazing experience, and along the way we made some of the best fans anyone could ask for."

Pennywise continued on with Ignite singer Zoli Teglas to release this year's All or Nothing, however, Teglas has been unable to tour due to back injuries suffered at a January performance in Germany.

According to Dragge and Lindberg, Teglas has wanted out of the band for a while. "He’s actually happy. He’s happy to get the hell out of here," laughs Dragge. "Jim told me he was calling and saying, ‘Hurry up and come back man.’"

Pennywise was set to tour Australia in August with The Menzingers and Sharks, but cancelled the shows due to Teglas’ back problems.
