Chicago deathcore outfit Oceano have pulled out of their upcoming Australian tour with Make Them Suffer, citing “mandatory commitments” and “family matters” as the reason.

Oceano posted the following statement on their Facebook page:

“Attn Australia—it's Oceano here, we are sad to say that we have to pull off the upcoming Australian tour w/ Make Them Suffer and Saviour. We have a few mandatory commitments that we have to deal with at home during this time, which includes some family matters. We appreciate all the hard work that Matt Leost and the Artery Foundation Australia put into this run and we are rescheduling everything for 2013 so stay tuned. Thanks for understanding and we will see you "down under" soon. Make Them Suffer and SAVIOUR will still be touring and their new tour will be announced very soon.”

An additional update reads:

“If you purchased a ticket to any of the shows, please contact Moshtix immediately to obtain a refund.

If you purchased a ticket for Leederville YMCA HQ, you can either obtain a refund from Moshtix, or get your current tickets to be exchanged for the Make Them Suffer / Saviour show (same date, price and location, just different supports).”
