Dogfight Records announce Takedown 2012

With the annual Takedown Festival now in it’s fourth year, the team from Dogfight Records have brought together their best and most diverse line up yet, bringing together bands from all sides of the punk and hardcore coin and from all over Australia to play on one line up this November. As with previous years, the Takedown 2012 is a celebration of the old and the new, a look at where Australian hardcore has come from and where it is heading in the future. Headlining in 2012 will be Australian hardcore legends Hit List. Takedown will be the band’s second show since reforming to celebrate the re-release of their debut, self-titled record. Sydney’s Relentless will also be on the bill, keen to show off new tracks from their third album. Recorded with Nick Jett [Terror], Turn The Curse is set to drop this November.
