Gyroscope guitarist recovery and benefit show

A little over four months ago Gyroscope guitarist Zoran Trivic was involved in a motorcycle accident which left him with two broken legs and a long road to recovery and rehabilitation. We are thrilled to announce today that Zok has made great progress and has almost fully recovered after having multiple surgeries and being confined to a wheel chair for several months.

With Zok back up on his feet Gyroscope look forward to putting on a killer show in their first live performance for 2012 at The Benefit Show For Dana. The benefit show was originally postponed after the accident and will now take place on Saturday September 22 at The Rosemount Hotel. Tickets are on sale now and tickets already purchased for the postponed show will be valid for the new date.

Perth local, 26 year old Dana Vulin fell victim to a horrendous crime in her hometown of Rivervale, Perth six months ago. An intruder broke into her home, confronting her and dousing her body in methylated spirits, and setting her alight. This premeditated attack left Dana with burns to 60% of her body. The Benefit Show For Dana will raise much-needed funds to aid Dana and her family with the expenses of medical treatment, legal fees and rehabilitation costs.

In the meantime, Gyroscope are also calling for donations to assist Dana.
