Halfcut is stoked to announce they have signed Sydney-based extreme metal outfit Thy Art Is Murder. Since their 2006 inception from the unhallowed wastes of Western Sydney, the five-piece have carved a trail of bloody mayhem across the globe. With acclaimed EP Infinite Death and debut album The Adversary in tow, Thy Art Is Murder have traversed the highways of Australia and autobahns of the UK and Europe, slaying audiences in every dim lit venue of every town game enough to let them in. The 10-track beast of an album was brought to life by modern metal producer Will Putney of the Machine Shop (Lamb Of God, Every Time I Die, The Amity Affliction) in New Jersey. It fuses the blasting technicality of Decapitated and The Black Dahlia Murder with thunderous breakdowns and the blackened grandeur of Behemoth and Nile.
