Blink-182 to play Soundwave 2013

Even though the Soundwave 2013 line up is scheduled to be announced next Wednesday, it would seem that Blink-182 have jumped the gun and confirmed themselves as a part of the festival. The band updated their cover photo on Facebook earlier tonight, changing it to a photo of an Australian road sign in the outback, with "SOUNDWAVE 2013" printed across the bottom of it. The photo has also been posted on their Instagram and Twitter accounts, with the caption reading "#blink182 #Australia #2013 @soundwavefest".

It has now been confirmed by Soundwave promoter AJ Maddah that Travis Barker will indeed be making the trip to Australia with the band, with Maddah posting the following on his Twitter account:

"MARK TOM TRAVIS. Yes, TRAVIS. #SW13 #BLINK182".
