A new track from The Smith Street Band's highly anticipated second album, Sunshine and Technology, is currently streaming on Mess+Noise. Frontman Wil Wagner says the song, ‘Why I Can’t Draw’, is about "waking up on a sunny morning and getting drunk with my friends and not having to go to work".

Sunshine and Technology, the follow-up to the Melbourne band’s 2011 debut, No One Gets Lost Anymore, is due out August 24th through Poison City Records. In celebration of the record's release, The Smith Street Band are touring nationally during August and September.
