The band posted the following about the signing:

"So it's probably been the worst kept secret of the past few weeks, but... We couldn't be happier to announce that we're now part of the Rise Records family! This has been the biggest weight off our shoulders to close out what has been both insanely difficult and incredibly rewarding 2011. We are so very grateful to the Rise team for showing the belief in us, for us, as we are, and to you guys for every bit of support you've shown us along the way. It's got us to where we are and it's going to keep us going to wherever this road takes us. It's actually pretty surreal that this is finally happening.

The best part is, we will be announcing a release date, album art and track listing for 'Ground Dweller' next week on Jan 10th. The wait is nearly over, and we sincerely hope that you will love this album as much as we and our new family at Rise do.

It's so good to be believed in. So thank you, honestly, every single one of you."

The band also posted a video announcement along with the news of the signing.
