Underoath slowly begin writing new album

Popular Christian metallers Underoath are in the early stages of preparing their eighth studio album.

The band made a very brief update on their Facebook page recently, noting that initial work had begun on a follow-up to last year's 'Ø (Disambiguation)'.

"Scratching the surface of a new record. Already stoked on new stuff," Underoath writes.

"This band still has depth and a very mature sense of songwriting," Killyourstereo wrote of current full-length 'Ø (Disambiguation)' at the time of its release.
