Behemoth frontman Adam 'Nerghal' Darski has been cleared of all charges relating to the legal action brought against him for tearing up a bible in Gdynia, Poland in 2007.Nergal tore up the bible during the band's set and threw pages into the crowd, asking them to burn them. A Polish court has dismissed the action as a form of artistic expression and charges have been dropped. Reportedly fans testified in court, saying that they had not been offended by the performance despite being religious themselves.Nergal continues to recover from treatment for advanced leukemia, after being released from hospital in January. Behemoth will resume touring and release a new album next year.
