After ten years together and having released four studio albums, beloved post-hardcore act Alexisonfire have decided to call it quits.In a statement from frontman George Petit, the band outlines that the main reason for the split is Dallas Green's decision to focus on his solo project City and Colour. In addition lead guitarist Wade MacNeil has been asked to join another band. The bands final album was 2009's "Old Crows / Young Cardinals".
