Impending Doom enter the studio

Riverside based Christian metallers Impending Doom are currently locked away in the studio recording a follow-up to last year's 'There Will be Violence'.

The band made the very brief announcement via their Twitter page recently.

"Day 2 in the studio.... Endless drum sessions! Video updates soon!" Impending Doom writes.

The pending release will mark the group's fourth studio album.

"Impending Doom has found their niche in the metal market by skillfully balancing brutality and finesse. They have taken the lessons learned from previous albums and evolved into the band they were always meant to be," thenewreview.net wrote of 2010's 'There Will be Violence'.
