"Australia comes in at #2 in the most visited from territories on our webstore's stats. Finally being able to expand the reach of our releases in AUS/NZ is an obvious decision and I am excited for our future together," No Sleep founder Chris Hansen commented.

The first release under the new deal will be the debut full-length album for the highly touted Philadelphia band Balance and Composure. Earlier this year the band were the talk of punk fans at the annual SXSW music festival in Austin Texas, Alternative Press dubbed them a band you need to know in 2011 and their debut album Separation was described by Absolute Punk as "probably the best record released in 2011 so far". In August Balance and Composure will tour Australia for the very first time. The band’s debut album ‘Separation’ will include bonus acoustic tracks (exclusive to the Australian/New Zealand release) and will be released on July 22, 2011.

In the coming months No Sleep's release schedule includes new albums from La Dispute, Into It. Over It. and No Trigger.
