In a statement by frontman Josh Franceschi released by Blunt Magazine today he states that it has been a combination of many things built up that have contributed to them having to cancel the tour. The statement reads:

"Let me start with an apology to all of our Australian fans. We've never, ever pulled out of a tour, in our whole 5 year career. It's something we swore we'd never do unless there was a family bereavement, as we want to be known as the type of band that when they commit to something, do their up most not to let people down. Now, there are other 'political' esq reasons that I don't want to go into, that involve our label and us trying to record our album. That's the industry. That said, since we've been in Los Angeles I've had quite a few health problems, that at times, have been quite worrying. There's been days where I'd go into studio and nothing come out. I've been in out of bed feeling really shit, my chest was so bad, that it got to the point I was in hospital. As a result, we're behind on recording which has meant we've had to extend our recording process, which means we'll be missing the PWD tour, we're not trying to make excuses, just trying to be real with you. We're in the midst of trying to get this record back on track, and get it finished! We're also currently in talks with promoters about coming over to do a headline tour in September with some insane bands. We will make this up to you AUS! We're gutted we can't be there with you all and will no longer get to play with our brothers in Parkway Drive. We'll see you in September. Josh, YMA6"

Does this mean they will be included on the already massive Soundwave Revolution line-up?
