Thrice to enter the studio next month


Thrice have announced that they will be entering the studio on May 2 to begin recording their seventh full-length album.

The album will be produced by Dave Schiffman, who who mixed "Beggars" and engineered "Vheissu", and has also worked with the likes of Jimmy Eat World, The Mars Volta and Rage Against The Machine.

Vagrant Records will be releasing the album later in the year.

In other Thrice news, the band has just recently been confirmed as a part of the Soundwave Revolution festival, along with Holy Grail, Times Of Grace, Yellowcard, Steel Panther, Zebrahead, The Word Alive, The Damned Things, In This Moment, Hellyeah, Skindred, Every Time I Die, The Acacia Strain, Whitechapel, Madina Lake, We Are The Ocean, Make Do And Mend, Story Of The Year, Four Year Strong, Terrible Things, The Swellers, This Providence, Young Guns, HelloGoodbye, Set Your Goals, The Dangerous Summer, Black Veil Brides, We Are The In Crowd, Thursday, Devin Townsend Project, UnearthKvelertak and Sum 41.

The full announcement for the festival is scheduled to take place on April 28.
