Recently the announcement of their reformation and addition to the upcoming Destroy Music tour was met with huge excitement by legions of Prom Queen fans around the country who are eager to see the ground breaking Australian band live again this May.

Joining I Killed The Prom Queen for Destroy Music are ARIA nominated juggernauts The Amity Affliction who are currently blowing audiences away throughout the US, where these shows will be their first Australian headlining shows of 2011. Destroy Music will also see I Killed The Prom Queen drummer JJ Peters doing double duties, as he fronts Deez Nuts on all shows. Rounding out the line up is upcoming US metalcore act Of Mice & Men. With a line up that solid it's no surprise that shows are selling out, with extra shows already announced in Melbourne and Sydney.

To coincide with the welcome return of I Killed The Prom Queen, We Are Unified will re-issue two of their classic titles. Sleepless Nights And City Lights is the bands first ever DVD, it captures the band in front of a rapturous home town crowd at HQ in Adelaide tearing through songs from the bands entire catalogue. As well as in depth interviews with each member discussing their rise, break up and the future. The two-disc package includes a bonus live CD that captures Prom Queen in front of a sellout crowd at Melbourne's HiFi Bar. Originally released in 2006, Music For The Recently Deceased was the album that forced people outside of the heavy music community to take notice of Australia's metalcore scene as it burst into the ARIA Top 30. The album was always much debated amongst fans as it featured the vocals of new singer Ed Butcher who was enlisted to replace long running front man Michael Crafter, who parted ways with the band after the Music For The Recently Deceased recording sessions were complete. Butcher was brought in, vocals were re-recorded and Crafter was nowhere to be heard on the final released version of the album. For years fans speculated about the original version with Crafter on vocals, now for the first time a deluxe 2 disc version of the album is being released that features both the Ed Butcher and Michael Crafter versions of the album.

Music For The Recently Deceased 2CD & Sleepless Nights And City Lights DVD/CD are out May 20th on We Are Unified through Warner Music.
