Killyourstereo reported in February that the popular Arizona quintet were busy preparing an EP. As NME briefly writes, "The EP was recorded in Florida in February with producer Jason Suecof (best known for his work with Trivium, Chimaira and All That Remains)."

Subsequently, JFAC have unveiled the first track off the upcoming EP called, 'Misery Reformatory', which is now available via iTunes.

Frontman Jonny Davy previously commented on the material, telling Metal Blade Records the following:

"It felt like a long time since we last got together to write new material. After collaborating in the snow of Boston, we're now recording our second EP. It feels good to be in Florida with Jason, Ron and Eyal of Audio Hammer studios. JFAC 2.0 is on the way."

There is not an official release date for 'Gloom' yet but the EP is slated to hit stores sometime mid-year.
