Misery Signals vocalist, Karl Schubach has lifted the lid on the Wisconsin band’s plans for their upcoming fourth studio album, stating that the group will begin writing in the middle of the year.
Misery Signals have been quiet since guitar player Stu Ross and bassist Kyle Johnson left the band respectively last year.
However, the Misery Signals frontman took to his Twitter page recently to inform fans that preparation for a new album was well underway, also noting that the band had recruited new members, with an official statement due shortly.
"MS is writing new material in June/July. Solace record will be finished mixing by the end of the month. Hang tight!
We’re back to full strength. An official announcement should be coming shortly. Can’t say much about it at the moment.
We’re focusing on bringing the new guys up to speed at the moment. Going to start writing in June," Schubach wrote in various Twitter posts.
Misery Signals‘s last studio album was 2008’s ‘Controller‘.
