Madina Lakes bassist returns to stage after attack

Madina Lake bassist Matthew Leone will join his band onstage for a hometown show on April 23 at the Metro in Chicago after almost a year of hospital time recovering from a coma.

The event marks the first time Leone will play a show with the band since he intervened during a domestic dispute last summer, leaving him hospitalized with severe brain trauma.

Madina Lake have not performed together in 10 months, and are expected to release their new album, 'Dresden Codex' very soon.
