Grunge legends Nirvana have risen again to re-release their 1992 EP, Hormoaning, on April 16 (Record Store Day.) The rare EP was previously only available on the group's infamous January 1992 Australian tour, which occured just as Nirvana was becoming the biggest little band in the world after the release of Nevermind.
