Converge announce new split 7"

Massachusetts metallic-hardcore pioneeers Converge have announced they are releasing a new split 7inch with Rhode Island power-violence band Drop Dead that will be self released and distributed by Deathwish records. In other Converge news, the band has begun demoing new songs for the follow up to 2009's Axe To Fall and their new DVD Thousands of Miles Between Us is in it's editing stage and according to a Deathwish press statement, "If the Hard Drive Gods smile on us, we hope to get through this process soon and have it released this year."
