Sydney pop-punk act Heroes For Hire have announced their second album, Take One For The Team, to be released on Shock and recorded with veteran producer Paul Leavitt. The news was released today on their website:
"Having spent the bulk of 2010 traversing the highways of Australia with everyone from Boys Like Girls and Fireworks through to A Day To Remember and Parkway Drive, Sydney pop-punk dynamos Heroes For Hire are excited to announce their partnership with Australia’s largest independent label Shock Entertainment for the release of their second full-length album, Take One For The Team.
Recorded in America’s grittiest city Baltimore, with Paul Leavitt – whose resume includes All Time Low, Senses Fail, Circa Survive among others – Take One For The Team picks up where the band’s 2010 debut LIFE OF THE PARTY left off. Featuring twelve tracks of instantly memorable pop, punk and rock anthems, Take One For The Team is sure to appeal to fans of New Found Glory, Fall Out Boy and Weezer, as well as memorable Australian acts such as Grinspoon and Kisschasy.
