The Push welcomes local hardcore outfit Hopeless, Brisbane’s Violent Soho and indie rockers Young Revelry (Perth), Gold Fields (Ballarat) - who recently picked up the triple j Unearthed spot at Falls Festival - and emerging artists 2econds to the Push Over 2011 line up. Unfortunately The Red Shore have pulled out of the event and taking a break from gigging, but don't worry, you can still see plenty of other talent at Push Over this year, including Break Even (Perth), Children Collide, Deez Nuts, Dream On Dreamer, House Vs Hurricane, Howl (Ballarat), I Exist (Canberra), Illy, Last Dinosaurs (Brisbane), Metals, Oh Mercy, 1/6 feat. MzRizk, Owl Eyes, Stonefield (Gisbourne), The Storm Picturesque (Newcastle), The Tongue (Sydney) and many more!

If you want to be part of the 2011 Push Over Festival, here's your chance!


triple j Unearthed and The Push are offering one lucky young band from Melbourne, of any style and sound, the awesome opportunity to not only attend the 2011 Push Over Festival, but also play!


To be in the running, bands need to upload their tracks onto the Unearthed website by February 20, or if they have tracks on the site already, are automatically eligible.


The winning band will also receive a $250 performance fee and a prime timeslot at the festival!
