Man Overboard detail new release

New Jerseys, Man Overboard have just revealed the artwork and the track listing for forthcoming 7" "The Absolute Worst".

The 7" will include two songs, the title track and a re-written version of "I Saw Behemoth And It Ruled" taken from 2010 acoustic EP "Noise From Upstairs". "The Absolute Worst" will be available in three colours, with one being limited to 200 but only available by pre-ordering it.

'The Absolute Worst' will be released on 7" and digital download on February 22nd via Rise Records.
