New Jersey based pop punk band Man Overboard will demoing new material this week for their forthcoming second studio album. The band revealed this through a twitter post by guitarist and vocalist Zac Eisenstein, who said "on thursday me and @duckpondjix (Nik Bruzzese - the band's bassist and vocalist) are going to demo out NINE new @manoverboardnj songs."

The band will be releasing a new 7", titled "The Absolute Worst" on February 22 through their new label Rise Records.
