New York punk legends The Ramones will be awarded with a Lifetime Achievement Grammy Award at the 2011 ceremony. The surviving members of the group (founding members Johnny, Joey, and Dee Dee Ramone have all passed away) will be given the Grammy, which will be the band's first ever, during a special ceremony on February 12, the night before the official Grammy ceremonies.
