The Dillinger Escape Plan PETA award nomination

Popular math metallers The Dillinger Escape Plan have been recognised by PETA2 recently, with the band nominated in the quirky category of ‘Most Animal Friendly Band’ by the animal rights group.

The quintet recently posted the following message on their Twitter page:

“We are up for most Animal friendly band. U can vote for us here http://features.peta2.com/LibbyAwards2010/?c”

The Dillinger Escape Plan are competing against Four Year Strong, Attack Attack! and Never Shout Never for the award.
