Blink 182 studio update

Blink 182 bassist/vocalist Mark Hoppus has posted a studio update on their upcoming album revealing that the album will be released mid 2011

Hoppus posts on his blog that the band has been very busy working on the better part of ten or so songs and wrote the following about the album release date:

''We have a date for the completion of the album. We want to deliver the record in April or May, for release very soon afterward. That’s our goal''

This album will be the first album Blink 182 have released since their self titled album in 2003
