Rob Zombie to team up with Paranormal Activity makers

Rocker-come-filmmaker Rob Zombie will join the people behind Paranormal Activity in creating a new feature film.

Zombie has revealed that his new movie will be called ‘The Lords Of Salem’ and will be financially backed by the team behind ‘Paranormal Activity’ (Jason Blum, Steven Schneider and Oren Peli) via their Haunted Films company.

‘The Lords Of Salem’ will be a thriller set in contemporary Salem, Massachusetts, the site of the infamous American witch trials in the 1600s. In the film the inhabitants of the town receive a demonic visit from a 300-year old coven of witches.
