"Hi everyone!

We know it's been a little quiet in the Mov Mou camp, but we're insanely excited to announce is that our new album will be coming out on Triple Crown Records. We've been fans of Triple Crown and their bands for a long time and feel very fortunate to be working with them.

Much like on Pneuma and Foreword, we're going to be self-producing and recording the new album. We're putting the finishing touches on the studio that we've been building in Greg & Frank's basement and hope to start recording in the next few weeks. Some of our fans might have caught our Polar Bear Club tour rehearsals on Ustream and we wanted to let everyone know that we're planning on live streaming the entire recording process as well as posting studio journals and pictures on Facebook (www.facebook.com/movingmountains). Take a second to "like" our page if you want to know when we'll be live streaming.

The new album is tentatively scheduled for an early 2011 release with loads of US and international touring to follow. We hope that you're all excited as we are."
