"So far we have about four new songs written and are hoping to start working on vocals this fall. The plan is to have ten new songs and re-record a few older songs that are live set staples."

The band is planning to begin recording the album in January.

Crouse also had this to say about the incident at Sound And Fury over the weekend which caused the festival to be shutdown before the band's set.

"It was a weekend of cancelled flights, wondering if all the members would even make it out here, and three trips to LAX. Hey, at least we can all say we saw a motorcycle in the pit, right?"

Earth Crisis released their latest album "To The Death" in 2009.
