The seminal Arizona powerpop four-piece Jimmy Eat World have confirmed a release date for their anticipated new album, "Invented".The new studio album, the first since 2007's "Chase This Light", is set to be released on September 28. It was recorded at the band's Arizona studio Unit 2 with producer Mark Trombino, the man behind the band's 2001 breakthrough album "Bleed American". Guitarist and frontman Jim Adkins said of the upcoming release, "We're very excited about Invented ... it was great reconnecting and creating an album with Mark Trombino, we can't wait for our fans to hear it." Jimmy Eat World will release the first single from the album, "My Best Theory" in August. With five top ten hits under their belt, as well as debuting at number 5 on the Billboard 200 chart in the US with "Chase This Light", Jimmy Eat World's "Invented" is expected to set new highs for the band.
