Darkest Hour continue work on new album

US metallers Darkest Hour have informed fans that they are currently in writing mode preparing studio album number seven.

On a recent Facebook update, the Washington quintet offered the following message:

"The boys are back in town! - DH writing sessions continue in our secrete (sic) Maryland location. New tunes are taking shape more info to surface soon...you have been warned!"

The band earlier this year announced they had signed with E1 Music after a decade previously with Victory Records.

Darkest Hour’s most recent release is 2009’s ‘The Eternal Return’.
