Every Time I Die launch video web series

Prominent heavy-hitters and renowned party boys, Every Time I Die have officially unveiled a new online video series entitled, ‘Sh*t Happens: The Series?

The Epitaph press release describes the new venture in the following way:

"The Series?” will premiere with a recap of their previous releases (including cult classic “Sh*t Happens”, “Party Poopers” and “The Dudes and Don’ts of Recording”) on July 14, while the first full episode will air on July 28.  Fans can stream the series’ theme song now at www.vans.com/ETID.

Over a twelve-week period, the Buffalo quintet will upload videos, which highlight their trademark brand of humour, in a tongue and check way.

“We never set out to be funny on camera…We set out to make good music and make people come to our shows. This is like a spinoff.  This is the ‘Empty Nest’ to our ‘Golden Girls’,” ETID guitarist Jordan Buckley states.

As bassist Josh Newton adds, “This isn’t like a concert, It’s us being idiots.”

Every Time I Die’s most recent studio album is last year’s ‘New Junk Aesthetic’, which ranked at number 6 on Killyourstereo’s 2009 Album of the Year Poll.
