Slipknot have posted a tribute video celebrating the life and preserving the memory of bassist Paul Gray, who tragically passed away last week. The ten-minute video features Gray talking about his upbringing, his band mates and time spent in the masked metal band. The video also contains live snippets of Gray playing bass in Slipknot during various festival and concert performances and some backstage footage. Slipknot posted the following message with the video: “Our brother will be greatly missed. This world will be a different place without him. We love you Paul. -- Slipknot” As previously reported by KYS, Gray was found dead inside his Iowa hotel room last week. While authorities ruled out foul play, a preliminary autopsy has failed to determine Gray’s cause of death. Consequently, toxicology tests have been ordered with results expected in 4-6 weeks. Gray was 38.
