US rock outfit Avenged Sevenfold have set a title and release date for their new studio album. ‘Nightmare’, the band’s fifth full-length release will hit stores on July 30th via Warner Bros. As previously stated, ‘Nightmare’ will feature Mike Portnoy (Dream Theater) on drums following the passing of original member James ‘The Rev’ Sullivan.Killyourstereo reported last month that guitarist Zacky Vengeance posted the following comment on the band’s Twitter page in regards to the upcoming album:

Avenged Sevenfold’s most recent studio album was 2007’s self-titled release.
