Canadian hardcore rockers Cancer Bats have posted a video documenting their contribution to recognise the recent ‘Record Store Day’.

Canadian hardcore rockers Cancer Bats have posted a video documenting their contribution to recognise the recent ‘Record Store Day’.


The band uploaded a two-minute clip of the Toronto quartet doing an in-store signing as well as a live performance at Banquet Records. The video is available through Vimeo.

Cancer Bats’s latest album ‘Bears, Mayors, Scraps and Bones’ came out last month and has so far received favourable reviews. Front man Liam Cormier recently had the following to say to heavymetal.about.com:


“The biggest change with this record is that we were finally able to record an album that is as heavy and full sounding as our live show,” he said.


If only JB Hi-Fi celebrated ‘Record Store Day’ in the same way…
