Melbourne metal trio Contrive have posted a teaser video for their upcoming second album "The Internal Dialogue". The band features metal guru and triple j’s “The Racket” host Andrew Haug (drums) alongside his brother Paul (vocals/guitar) and Tim Stahlmann (bass). Renowned Canadian producer Devin Townsend (Strapping Young Lad, Steve Via, Lamb of God, Darkest Hour, Gwar) completed the mixing duties for the “The Internal Dialogue” in August 2009 at Studio D in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The album is scheduled to be released around mid-year. "I've known the Haug brothers for some time, and I have to say that this record is leagues ahead of their previous material, which was already great. They've got a cool message and a sense of dynamics on this album which I think will give people the cause to take notice. Organic and honest,” Townsend said on his involvement with the band. "I'm happy to have been involved with some really great music." Check out the teaser video for ...
