Sometimes you get a feeling, right down in that space between your heart and your belly. It could be that third beer that puts you in just the right place, your team beating your mates team or it could be getting that awesome phone call at three a.m. Grenadiers are kind of like that feeling. They play rock music the way it was meant to be played - loud, fast, fun, full of energy and void of pretension.

We are Grenadiers (gren-uh-deers) a bunch of four-eyed guys, except Drew, who is far too tough to wear glasses.
We like beards, sushi, and sweet Italian desserts. We also play "the rock and roll music".

Some people seem to dig it, here's what a few of them have said:

"So Visceral, so energetic, so damn rockin'!"- Dom Alessio, Home & Hosed Triple J
"If you like your music to take no prisoners then the new album from Grenadiers is for you" Luke D 'Everybody Moves' PBS
"This is Killer. It kicks, screams, breaks down, screams again and is gone."- Richard Kingsmill, Triple J

Having played around for a year, enjoying an enthusiastic reaction to their four track demo while being a Triple J Unearthed Feature Act in 2009 Grenadiers are ready to hit the road running with their debt album, ‘Songs The Devil Taught Us’.

The album will be launched at Enigma Bar, Adelaide on May 22 2010 - get there early as this show will sell out!
