Featuring four new tracks from each band, plus a bonus digital-only offering from Balance And Composure, the split was recorded by Vince Ratti (The Wonder Years, Circa Survive, Valencia) and will officially be released on May 11, 2010. Right now you can pre-order the CD version from No Sleep here, while Run For Cover's 12" vinyl version (200 green, 300 brown, 500 black) can be secured here.
