Blink 182 trying to release new album this year?

Blink 182 singer/bass player Mark Hoppus has repsonded to reports that the band will release their new album in 2010 via his Twitter page.

Hoppus said, "2011 is too far away. Gonna do all I can to have a blink-182 album in 2010. Year Spaceship!"

The band last released their self titled album in 2003.
