Avenged Sevenfold drummers autopsy inconclusive

We recently brought you the the sad news that Avenged Sevenfold drummer James "The Rev" Sullivan was found dead in his Huntington Beach, California home last week. Yahoo news is now reporting that the autopsy performed on Sullivan has proved inconclusive to the cause of his death. Orange County sheriff's spokesman Jim Amormino said that the coroner's office has ordered toxicology, microscopic and laboratory tests to determine the cause of his death, but it will take a couple weeks for the results to come back. The remaining members of Avenged Sevenfold posted this statement last week following the news of Sullivan's death... "It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we tell you of the passing today of Jimmy “The Rev” Sullivan. Jimmy was not only one of the world's best drummers, but more importantly he was our best friend and brother. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Jimmy's family and we hope that you will respect their privacy during this difficult time."

The band had recently begun working on new material for their yet to be titled 5th album. The band last released their self titled record in 2007.
