Fear Before offer albums for download

Fear Before have enabled fans to download their back-catalogue for whatever price they want, to raise funds to help pay for a friend’s medical bills.

Band roadie and friend Trent Jacobi was injured during the band’s recent Australian tour, falling through a roof in Melbourne on October 30. According to Fear Before’s website, Jacobi fell 25 feet onto concrete, sustaining a fractured pelvis, broken ribs and a punctured lung.

"These injuries will require very serious surgeries, including metal plates put into his pelvis and restructuring his left arm… Trent does not have medical insurance and is currently in the hospital awaiting his second of several forthcoming surgeries," according to the band.

"Due to severe pain and trauma from the fall, he was unable to come with us back to the USA and it looks as though Trent will be there for a very long time."

Fear Before are hoping to raise money through offering their albums up for download, with fans able to pay whatever amount they wish. The band are also taking donations.

Albums can be downloaded here, while donations can be made on the band’s website (via PayPal) here.
