Gallows have apparently canned plans to tour New Zealand in March.

In a myspace blog, the band announced that they "have been offered something for the same time which [they] simply cannot turn down".

Gallows had been scheduled to play Auckland and Wellington, after finishing up their Soundwave commitments; the decision is not expected to affect the band's appearance on Australia tour dates.

There have been no specific details released of the 'offer' that the band is now taking up.

The British punks were originally set to embark on a stand-alone tour of Australia and New Zealand in September, but pulled out in favour of touring the USA with A.F.I - however, they were soon added to the lineup of February's Soundwave festival.
